| Emilio & Melisa 1/8/10 As frequent visitors to Hawaii we've tried all sorts of lodgings and this unit easily ranks as the best condo we've stayed in. The ocean view allowed us the opportunity for excellent morning and evening whale watching and the balcony was our own private place of refuge after the rigors of a day of sightseeing. The condo was quiet, clean, well stocked and the amenities like the pool, hot tub, grills and so on, were all well maintained. This is definitively at the top of the list for future Maui visits, but mean-while, thanks for letting us experience Maui in relaxed comfort. |

| "Thank You" so much for giving us the opportunity to share your little piece of paradise. It is so tranquil here listening to the constant sounds of the ocean. What a treat for us to be able to just veg out with good books and "happy hour" each evening on the lanai. The next time we come back to Maui we hope that the Mahana 1213 is available. Any other place has a very tough act to follow. Everything about your place is Perfect! ps Wish we would have been here for our 29th anniversary on 11/28...it is so romantic here. |
| Your place was a perfect "base" of operations for us on Maui. Really liked all the modern appliances (especially the blender for the odd pina colada...) Ken, you were right about the great condition of The Mahana is kept in. BBQ's were fantastic. Hope to return. Regards. |

We were very impressed with how clean the grounds were kept at The Mahana. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. We hope that we will be back someday too! |

| This condo is so comfy & perfect! View was Spectacular and amazing. Everything was perfect; especially the kitchen (had everything you needed). 1st time to Hawaii and hope to come back again. Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay after a long day of hiking. |
| Aloha Ken! Today is our last day on Maui and we are sad to be leaving this amazing condo. It was such a treat to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay there and felt very much at home. We hope to come back again in the future. |

Like others have said we out there than we thought we would. We loved The Mahana's pool and hot tub. When we cooked here was so nice and relaxing to stay here & I'd highly recommend 1213 to anyone coming to Maui. It was a trip we won't forget. Thanks!! p.s. We appreciated all the newer kitchen appliances, TV, bed, etc. Everything has a new feel to it which made it that much nicer! |

| Richard 1/5/2010 We absolutely loved staying in your condo for 2 weeks and will recommend it to anyone ankling. In fact we already did but you were booked. This condo is tastefully decorated and equipped. It added to a wonderful visit with gorgeous views lovely sunsets a quiet pool relaxing spa and a great Lanai. We are sitting in your comfortable Brown and Jordan furniture on the lanai on our last morning, but sadly don't want to leave. We would love to come back again next year to this very same condo. Our only suggestion is to second the comments about a room darkening shade on the window in the second bedroom. Thanks for making our stay fantastic. |

| Steve & Tom. What a beautiful condo. Thank you so much for sharing it with so many! This was our third trip to Maui and the best one yet. We will never go back to staying at a resort! The condo was very clean, spacious, had everything we needed plus some. The Hawaiian Cd's were a nice touch. The sunset from the lanai - amazing! What a hidden gem. We look forward to our next visit. |

After several visits to all the islands at several hotels probably not enjoyed any lodging as much as several visits to all the islands at several hotels we have yours! Absolutely gorgeous & not and a couple of rental houses, we have skimping on any of the details makes all the difference. If we manage to purchase a condo here I want to know your contractor / decorator! Thanks, truly, for such a lovely place! |
| We had a great time in Maui & Oahu! Beautiful condo - it was breathtaking when we walked in and it was so nice to have everything fully stocked. Our highlights included biking Haleakala, shopping in road to Hana. We loved having the beach right out front and appreciated the snorkel gear. Overall we loved our first trip to Hawaii and hope to return soon! |
| Got engaged the day before we came!!! We had an amazing 14 days in Maui and truly enjoyed every minute of the Condo. While here we adventured many different places! The best thing was we saw a giant pod of spinner dolphins. |
| This home is beautiful and we love all the attention to detail. The view gets no better than this!! Our trip highlights were bike riding down thew volcano and swimming with the turtles at Black Rock. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home...now it's back to rain in Washington! |

These were the first words out of my husband and my mouths when we first walked in your beautiful condo!! We were in awe of the beautiful ocean view and the sunsets were spectacular! Every morning we enjoyed sitting and relaxing on you Lanai just mesmerized by the crshing waves and beauty that lay before us! My husband and I are here celebrating our 25th anniversary!! After being blessed with 4 wonderful children and watching 2 of our children endure chemotherapy treats for cancer, we feel so blessed to be able to relax and enjoy life as it is meant to be enjoyed!! We knew this place was going to be beautiful, but were still taken back by just how beautiful you Maui hale is. You’ve furnished and decorated it perfectly. We spent hour on the lanai, mesmerized by the ocean. We did a lot while we were her. Parasailing was awesome. We took a dinner cruise with Pacific S=Whale Foundation the food was good, but eh best part was a large pod of rare “False Killer Whales’ showed up and played around the boat for 30-40 mins. Even the crew stopped to take pictures. Iao state park was a lovely change and worth the drive. Malokini snorkel trip was great but got a ‘lil sea sick. We leave tomorrow and honestly I hope to come back someday. I hope everone who stays here respects the effort you’ve put into making an inviting and welcoming place to stay.
