The carpet, furniture and bed were replaced in 2007. All Condos have High Definition LCD TV and HD Digital Cable. SUITE 1019 was completely gutted and rebuilt in 2006 at a cost of over $350,000.00 and was coordinated by the same popular local interior decorator. It's Fabulous! 3 Night Minimum Stay $115.00 / $150.00 Cleaning & Linen Fee* Value > 4/16 - 6/4, 9/6 - 12/15 Regular > 3/16 - 4/15, 6/5 - 9/5 Peak > 12/16 - 3/15 Minimum rental is 3 nights. Rates do not include local taxes. (GET and TAT add 13.41% as of 7/1/2010) There is a cleaning fee of $115.00 for 1213 or $150.00 for 1019 for maid and linen service. A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation. ($1000 for monthly rental). Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is no phone in 1213. (Cell phones work well in the rooms.) Daily or periodic cleaning and linen service is available at an additional charge. *Beach Towels are available at an additional Fee |

| Return Policy: If a reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit will be returned. If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival I will open the reserved dates for rental. I will refund the payment for all days which are re-rented. |
